JOMSTADIUM — TERMS & CONDITIONS (USER & VENUE AGREEMENT)

By registering an account and clicking "I Agree," you enter into a legally binding contract governed by the Malaysian Contracts Act 1950. If you do not accept these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the JomStadium application and network interfaces.

1. Scope of Service & Wholesale Pricing

1.1. JomStadium operates as a decentralized software interface allowing users to reserve sports courts, join peer-to-peer matches, and purchase sports equipment from third-party facility providers.

1.2. All prices rendered on the user interface are fully inclusive wholesale prices, combining the facility's baseline rate and standard platform convenience surcharges. No manual billing adjustments or hidden post-checkout line items shall be enforced.

2. The 15-Minute Dynamic Re-Split & Authorization Hold Framework

2.1. When creating or joining a split-bill or public match, the platform triggers a temporary banking Authorization Hold Only through our payment gateway switch (Curlec by Razorpay). This funds segment is calculated as: (Total Gross Booking Invoice / target_player_count) + RM 1.00 platform processing surcharge.

2.2. A strict 15-Minute Countdown Timer applies to all active split-booking slots. If the session countdown clock reaches 00:00 and the team roster remains incomplete but has two (2) or more paid, verified participants, the system executes an automatic re-split transaction loop.

2.3. The server programmatically recalibrates the final individual bill based on the actual paid headcount, updates the checkout ledger columns, and triggers immediate capture commands to pull the adjusted values from your bank account. By initializing a split match, the user explicitly authorizes this dynamic re-calculation framework.

3. Absolute Cancellation Policy & The 24-Hour Firewall Gate

3.1. User commitments are strictly protected to ensure optimal facility utilization metrics. All confirmed court bookings (Red State Status) are bound by an absolute 24-Hour Cancellation Lock.

3.2. If a user attempts to voluntarily cancel or modify a booking within less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled game timestamp, the request is blocked by the system database core. The captured funds are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable, and shall be fully forfeited to compensate the venue operator for under-utilization damages.

3.3. Failed Session Overrides (Less than 2 Paid Accounts): If a split session collapses at the 15-minute mark because less than two (2) participants cleared their holds, the session is cancelled, and the banking holds are dropped at a transaction toll of RM 0.00. The Host can choose to instantly receive a 100% face-value refund as JomStadium Wallet Credits (available instantly with an added +30 point loyalty bonus) or request a direct bank reversal (subject to payment switch overhead handling deductions: flat RM 1.00 for FPX / 1.5% for credit cards, taking 1-3 business days to clear).

4. Intellectual Property, Account Integrity, & Data Privacy (PDPA 2010)

4.1. All source codes, system logic loops, design configurations, branding matrices, and platform interfaces are the exclusive, unilateral Intellectual Property of Innovative Ventures Solutions Sdn. Bhd.

4.2. In compliance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010, all user data data blocks, transaction histories, and location telemetry logs are encrypted. All temporary session cash data and print buffers are automatically purged from memory units within sixty (60) minutes post-execution.
